The offer and sale of products on our website https://www.achillelauroboutique.com/en/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The products purchased on the Site are sold directly by INTSYDE S.r.l. INTSYDE S.r.l. is based in Italy, at Via Della Stazione Aurelia n. 171 – 00165 Rome. 1. How to conclude the contract with INTSYDE S.r.l.

To conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on the Website, you must fill out the electronic order form and send it to INTSYDE S.r.l. electronically, following the relevant instructions. The order form contains a summary of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods for the products purchased, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and the methods and times for returning the products purchased.
The contract is concluded when INTSYDE S.r.l. receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.
Before proceeding with the purchase of products by submitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and confirm your acceptance by selecting the corresponding field. The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law. Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors. Once the contract has been concluded, INTSYDE S.r.l. will take charge of your purchase order. INTSYDE S.r.l. may not process your purchase orders if they do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or if they are incomplete or incorrect, or in the event of product unavailability. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that INTSYDE S.r.l. has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If the products presented on the Website are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the website or when you send the order form, INTSYDE S.r.l. will notify you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which you sent your order to INTSYDE S.r.l., of the unavailability of the products ordered. If the order form has been submitted and payment has been made, INTSYDE S.r.l. will refund the amount you have already paid. By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with INTSYDE S.r.l. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form for the purchase of products on the Website.
By submitting the order form, you confirm that you are aware of and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on the Website, including that referred to via links, such as the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. Once the contract has been concluded, INTSYDE S.r.l. will send you an email receipt of your purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed information on the price, means of payment, your right of withdrawal and delivery costs).

2. Guarantees and product prices

Only original, high-quality products are offered for sale on the Website. These products are purchased directly by INTSYDE S.r.l. from manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls. INTSYDE S.r.l. does not sell used, irregular, or substandard products. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Website within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on the Website may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form. INTSYDE S.r.l., in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

3. Payments

For the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form. In the case of payment by credit card, financial information (e.g., credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be collected via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol by PayPal, the provider of the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to it in any way. Credit card information will never be viewed by INTSYDE S.r.l. Only payment information will be used by INTSYDE S.r.l. solely to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue any refunds in the event of product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report to the police any fraud committed on the Website. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your credit/debit card at the time of shipment of the purchased products.

4. Shipping and delivery of products

Every order is handled with the utmost urgency. We ship by express courier. Delivery in Italy takes place within 2/3 working days from dispatch. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the calculation of delivery days. All product prices include VAT, shipping costs are not included in the product price.

Right of withdrawal/change of mind
Defective, damaged, or non-compliant items
We will replace or refund items that are defective, damaged, or non-compliant with the order, provided that the report is made within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date.
If the customer changes their mind about the purchase or the type of customization requested, they may request a return or refund within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the order.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refund. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Please return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from your handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and, in particular, Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 and the “Consumer Code” (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and subsequent amendments concerning distance contracts, and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, on certain aspects of electronic commerce and subsequent amendments. In the event of disputes between INTSYDE S.r.l. and each end user arising from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the competent court shall be that of Rome.

8. Modification and updating

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time, also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication on the website.
